Bob has been exceptional to work with. He explained all the steps throughout the process and he was very patient with us. The last home we purchased was 27 years ago. The process has certainly changed over the years and Bob guided us through the new process in a very professional manner. We will certainly recommend Bob to anyone we know who is thinking of buying a home in Kettering area.

We met Bob a few years ago when we thought about selling our house at that time. He did a walk through and gave us some great advice on how to increase the value of our home. We took his advice and it paid off. In October we decided to put our house up for sale. He did another walk through and was pleased with the updates. On October 9th 2024, we put our house up for sale and within hours our house was under contract and sold. We told Bob what we were looking for in our new home and he helped us find our forever home to make new memories. Bob is a great listener and was easy to talk to. He was great at keeping us up to date on everything no matter what time of the day it was. We can't thank Bob enough for all his help! We are so very appreciative and would highly recommend him.

I sold my home after 22 years. I realized right from the start that I had selected the right person for the job. Bob was very congenial and very professional. His level of communication was topnotch in that he always had answers for my questions that made sense, kept me apprised of the next steps of the home selling experience and always followed up. If I should sell another house Bob will be my real estate agent. I highly recommend him.

Everything went smoothly and quickly.

We asked a prominent savvy business person for a recommendation on realtors and someone who might sell their home. Without hesitation the person said, “Bob Leonard for his integrity, honesty, candor. Bob won’t let you down.” Our daughter was visiting when we interviewed Bob. She felt he was genuine and transparent. We three felt comfortable and contracted with him. From the beginning Bob sat down with us to lay out a plan of action from setting a sales price to explaining the commission structure. He was especially helpful in completing the disclosure forms. At his cost, Bob scheduled a stager who advised on how the house should appear and a photographer who took drone photos and indoor shots for the listings. He contacted us almost daily to keep us informed. The listing went out on a Tuesday. There were 7 viewings on Wednesday & 6 on Thursday. Bob called us that evening to tell us there were 4 offers over asking price. On Friday morning we met with him to review offers and accepted the highest and best cash offer. Bob worked with the buyers’ agent to cement a contract based on a home inspection with electrical and plumbing issues fixed. Then Bob worked with his broker, Bob Wilson, and us on scheduling a closing. He brought Bob Wilson to our home to meet us and explain the details. In all phases of this transaction Bob was attentive to details. There were no surprises. We have been very satisfied with Bob Leonard and have already recommended him to a colleague.

Not only did Bob take care of the house and all the details for the showings, his app allowed us to see every showing and the follow-up from the other realtors. During the time on the market, we also had to have a hot water heater replaced. He lined up the contractor and met them to have the work performed. I did not have to lift a finger. This was far beyond my expectations. Also, since our house was between to markets, Bob had it listed in both Cincinnati and Dayton. We had showings stacked one after the other and had our house sold @ full price within 14 days. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and have never had one as professional and well-rounded as Bob. I would recommend him to anyone in the market to sell or buy a home.

Through the past few years, from starting to look at purchasing and having to put the purchasing of our house on hold, Bob was ready when we were. Bob has been nothing but helpful with the entire process of purchasing our first home. If we had questions or concerns, he was able to help guide us every step. It was great being able to have a third set of eyes when looking at houses. He made time for us around our busy schedules, he made sure that we saw the houses we wanted to see. This is the second time that I have worked with Bob. He was our realtor when we purchased the home and he was the first person I called when we decided that we wanted to list it. He is absolutely wonderful to work with. If we ever had questions he was there to answer them, even when he was on vacation. We are moving out of the area but if we ever come back he again will be the first one I call.

The first time I purchased a house, I met with several realtors. Then I met Bob, and he went over and beyond with communication, knowledge, and truly caring for me. I sold my house that Bob represented me previously for, and he was my first call to purchase my second home. Bob was out of state, and with the market an offer needed to be made immediately. Bob connected me with a coworker to get an offer submitted and was in communications with me the whole time he was out of state regarding the offer while he was on vacation. Bob was nothing short of awesome! We were extremely pleased with his friendliness, honesty, timeliness and real estate business acumen. Every step of the process was professionally and pleasantly orchestrated by Bob from understanding our likes/dislikes to presenting us with appropriate properties to negotiating and finally walking us thru the closing agreement. I was a first time home-buyer and bought a house in Oct. 2015. I had a pretty tight budget and quiet a few things I was looking for. Bob was very helpful in stating pros and cons and really led me towards what was most important. We looked at, what felt like countless, homes but Bob was patient.
